At Soulful Healing, I offer a range of healing services designed specifically for individuals in East Sussex seeking alternative and holistic approaches to wellness. My sessions are tailored to provide a safe, soul-led space for transformation and deep healing. Individual Reiki sessions

Experience the gentle yet powerful energy healing of Reiki.

I offer both in-person or distance Reiki sessions to help balance your energy and restore the body's natural healing abilities.
Reiki is a traditional Japanese holistic therapy where a certified Reiki practitioner channels the universal life force energy/Chi/Qi to the recipient, to activate the body's natural healing processes. 
Reiki healing is administered by the gentle laying on of hands/hovering of hands over key energy centres or chakras across the body. It can restore balance, clear energy blockages and activate healing and wellbeing for the mind, body and spirit. It can help reduce stress, aid recovery from illness or surgery and create an overall feeling of peace and balance in your life.
Distance Reiki works in a similar way, except you do not need to be in the same room (or Country!) as me, as I direct the energy to you, to the areas we identify you feel it is needed in advance.

Individual sound healing sessions

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls with a 60-minute private sound healing experience.

Let the healing frequencies of the singing bowls wash away stress and tension, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Singing bowl sound therapy works by using the tone and vibrations of the bowls, specifically tuned to the unique frequencies of different chakras throughout the body. 
If there are imbalances or blockages of energy, causing discomfort or ill- ease in specific areas, then the healing vibrations of the bowls tuned to this area can help restore the natural flow and vibration of  energy.

Combined Reiki/sound therapy sessions

Combine the benefits of both Reiki and sound healing in one powerful 60-minute session. This synergistic approach enhances relaxation, promotes deeper healing, and supports overall well-being.

I work intuitively, 'sensing' energy or areas of the body or specific chakras that may need the natural flow of their energy restored, or balanced. 
By using both the healing energy of Reiki and the powerful sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, we work together to provide restoration, balance and overall wellbeing to the mind, body and spirit.
