I am am a fully certified Reiki Practitioner, Sound Therapist and proud member of the Complementary Medical Association.
Reiki
Work with me to balance your body's natural energy (Chi/Qi) and Chakras through the gentle energy healing of Reiki, and promote overall healing of the body, mind and soul.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique, where I channel the universal life force energy to the recipient, where ever it is needed most. This facilitates deep relaxation, restoration and can promote the natural healing abilities of the body.
Sound healing with crystal singing bowls
Deepen your inner connection and attune your natural energetic frequencies with either an individual sound bowl healing, or group sound therapy session. I use crystal singing bowls tuned to the individual frequencies of the Chakras to promote relaxation, peace and healing on an energetic level.
Crystal healing
Harness the power of crystals to restore harmony and well-being by incorporating their gentle energies into your Reiki or Sound Healing session.
I select crystals uniquely aligned to your specific needs at the time of your Reiki or sound healing session, using their natural energies to enhance the holistic wellness journey for the individual.
